Explore Paramedic Technology
Paramedic faculty and current students will offer demonstrations of our state-of-the-art paramedic simulation laboratory. Participants will have a chance to learn what a paramedic can do by practicing invasive advanced life support skills on human simulators and manikins. Participants will extricate a patient from a simulated vehicle, place a breathing tube into a human simulator, and see their heart rhythm.

Sessions are limited to 18 participants.

Testing Strength & Conditioning Workshop
Come and cheer on our Exercise Science students while they perform a variety of fitness tests: maximal strength, maximal aerobic capacity, anaerobic power, and endurance assessments. Students in Exercise Science will demonstrate these assessments while you learn about the importance of being fit for your sport.

Sessions are limited to 100 participants.

Occupational Therapy Assistant: Skills for the Job of Living
Students will a have hands-on experience exploring treatment activities commonly used in occupational therapy practice. Students will participate in activities to develop fine motor skills and balance in pediatric clients and adaptive strategies for activities of daily living for individuals with physical disabilities.

Xray Vision
Students will have the opportunity to view/touch and guess multiple types of bones during a friendly contest with their peers. They will then be permitted in the lab to take images of objects of their choice.

Career Opportunities in Accounting, Business and Related Information Technology
This session is supported, in part, by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). All interested accounting and business students should attend. This session also incorporates topics that may interest information technology students. Among the speakers are Michael Colgan CEO PICPA, on accounting careers and the accounting industry, William Ebersole FBI Special Agent, on information security and assurance, an interactive panel of Penn College Students, and Dr. Roy Fletcher, Lead Faculty of Accounting and Finance as the moderator.

Sessions are limited to 230 participants.

Health & Fitness Assessments
This hands-on workshop will allow students to experience a fitness training session and learn how fitness professionals conduct assessments to obtain a person's fitness level. Students must wear sneakers and comfortable clothing for personal safety.
